From begging to end they were honest had some hiccups at the beginning but they made it right and apologized for the mistakes in person. When some items were damaged they had no issues paying for additional repairs. Their crew was professional and cleaned up well. When I found nails in y yard they came back and further ran magnets in the yard. Overall great company. Update, a year later we had a leak in a complex are of my roof. They came several times to fix the stubborn leak. Each time they stood behind the work and never hesitated to come out and check it. Fast forward and they actual redid the entire section to make sure what ever was causing di not come back. Glad they stood behind their work and continued trying to resolve the problem until the issue was addressed.

We recently had our roof replaced after hail damage, and working with Ben and his crew was an absolutely great from start to finish. Ben handled everything with professionalism and great communication. The construction crew at Toro was always friendly, hardworking, and did a great job. Also we had to do some repair and retexturing of the inside ceiling due to some water damage. Their paint crew is very talented and super nice. They retextured the ceiling and it perfectly matches the existing area. We had them repaint the larger open area of the kitchen/living room and they did a great job, One of the biggest stress relievers was that Ben worked directly with our insurance company and even managed to get more covered than the initial insurance quoted stated—saving us both time and money. The quality of the work is top-notch, and our new roof looks fantastic. If you’re looking for someone honest, reliable, and truly skilled at what they do, I highly recommend Ben and his crew. Couldn’t be happier with the results!

We mainly worked with Luis, although Johnny came out a couple of times to answer our questions and do some patch work on the flat roof section. They put on a new shingle roof and window trim due to storm damage. Luis is an excellent Customer Field Rep! We will be using them to replace the flat roof section of our residential home as well as tuck point work on our chimney later this Spring.
